Rebuilder Warranty:
• Installation - The cost of the new machine is more than 750 K. This machine is offered at a fraction of the new machine’s price. Always there are a few things that can go wrong with electronics while shipping. We will stand by you all the way till the machine is up and running. • Warranty for the next 3 months at 50% of our standard rates. • Warranty for the next 12 months at 75% of our standard rates. • All expenses extra – You pay actual, including warranty trip.
Rebuild Notes:
• X axis ways cleaned and checked for geometrical accuracy • Z axis ways cleaned and checked for geometrical accuracy • B axis checked for leaks and seals changed as necessary. Geometrical alignment done • Work Head checked for accuracy, bearing changed as necessary • Tail stock - Seals changes and checked and aligned for accuracy • Way covers checked for integrity and replaced as necessary • All wipers and seals changed • Hydraulics completely overhauled • Centerline height – Checked • ID spindle checked • OD Spindle Checked and good. • We buy all the major parts from Studer or OEM.
